Mission:

     - To support improvement of the health status of the population through the development of public health principles in the area of disease prevention  and healthcare

Goal: The main priority areas of the programme are included in the Health Development Strategy for 2010-2020 through provision of support to institutionalization, development of legal and regulative documents, and sharing of best practices and outcomes of successful pilot models.

Strategy:

-    Establishment of effective and sustainable leadership of the civil society.

-     Provision of support for the introduction and implementation of laws, strategies, regulations in healthcare system, which are based on evidence and human rights principles.

-     Improvement of accountability and transparency of the government and multi-sectoral institutions and organizations of civil society.

-     Provision of support for the development of new area in healthcare policy and to the civil society movement.
