Goal: Raising public awareness on Public Health issue in particular among vulnerable group of population on the specific issues.

Priorities:

• Involvement of the civil society in promotion of social issues related to public health and advocacy concerning protection of the rights of community of people living with HIV,TB, mental health and disability.

• Provision of support to the development community through the informational newspaper "SVECHA" ("Candle"), which provides information on problems related to stigma and discrimination, existing services, programmes and projects that change lives, and that provide professional and specialized services.
