Program Strategy:

Inclusive and fair access to basic health services of meaningful quality

Goals 1: Government officials, the general public and advocates for marginalized and vulnerable will understand that equal access to services is a right under Tajik law and international conventions

Goal 2. Support local important initiatives targeting disadvantaged –issues on patient's rights, pediatric, geriatric, drug abuse prevention, HIV/TB prevention and etc.

Goal 3: Improved access to education and health services for persons with mental health problems

Goal 4: Improved access for the most vulnerable populations to public health and support services, with special emphasis on those facing highest degree of social & legal stigmatization.
