Goal 1: Enhanced access to information on political and economic initiatives, the state budget, plans, services, and government obligations, contributing to an increase in transparency and the observance of civil initiatives (Develop a sustainable national training program for journalists; Train media lawyers specializing in cases of access to information, freedom of expression and sources of information; Ensuring transparency in the process of transition to digital broadcasting, the Republic of Tajikistan in 2015)

Goal 2: Create a group of independent media - analysts for the development of professional and reliable analysis and recommendations to the public, state and international structures.
