Inclusive and Fair Access to Basic Services of meaningful quality, particularly education and particularly for most vulnerable or marginalized segments of society.
Goal 1:
Enhanced access to alternative forms of early childhood education.
«Early childhood Development»: Alternative forms of preschool education»- community base centers.
Providing innovative and comprehensive approach to pre-school and primary school education. During the implementation of early childhood development policy paid attention to the provision of quality educational services through new and diverse forms of work, focusing on equality and inclusive approach. Take measure to increase enrollment in preschool programs and school readiness and assist in the continuing education of teachers
Goals 2:
Mechanisms for the implementation of the National Concept on Inclusive Education
Assisting in development of mechanisms for introducing the National Concept of Inclusive Education with a broad public involvement. Closer cooperation and dialogue with different state bodies and administration in educational institutions, social protection and health institutions, pedagogic and scientific workers, politicians, and other partners organizations whose activities are relevant to issues related to inclusion. At the same time, the Program will focus on creating legal bases for the further development of inclusive models and introducing changes at the level of training and retraining institutions.
Program services are institutionalized in teacher training and retraining institutes.
Make changes at the level of training and retraining of teachers. To develop additional courses and introduce changes to programs and course materials, and promote greater collaboration between educational institutions and contribute to their structural reforms.
Program partners:
Ministry of Education of RT, Ministry of labor and Social Protection, oblast and city educational departments, Academy of Education of Tajikistan, Teacher Retraining Institutes, local government, pilot schools and kindergartens.
